Breast Augmentation
Increasing breast volume with implants or fat transfer.
Breast augmentation increases the size or changes the shape of the breasts, most often with silicone implants and sometimes with the patient's own fat. Implant type, size, profile and placement — above or below the chest muscle — are chosen together with the surgeon.

Treatment overview
Implants are medical devices that are not considered lifetime products; some patients need further surgery in the future. Understanding this before deciding is part of a responsible plan.

Treatment process
- 01
Before treatment
You share photos, measurements and medical history. Breast imaging may be requested depending on age and history. Implant options are discussed and confirmed after in-person examination.
- 02
Treatment day
The operation is performed under general anaesthesia. The implant is placed through an incision under the breast fold, around the areola or in the armpit, depending on the plan.
- 03
After treatment
Tightness, swelling and discomfort are expected in the first days. A support bra and pain relief are usually recommended, and drains are used only in some cases.
- 04
Follow-up
Wound checks take place before you travel home. Long-term follow-up and periodic checks of the implants are recommended.
Expectations & recovery
Light daily activity is usually resumed within days, while lifting and upper-body exercise are delayed for several weeks.
The breasts settle into their final position gradually over months.
Your surgeon will advise on sleeping position, bra use and travel timing.
Results and recovery vary from person to person. No outcome can be guaranteed.
